"Our drivers work very hard for a living and their gratuities are a very large portion of their wages. We feel that 20% Gratuity is a very fare standard percentage for the service they provide."
ARIZONA EXECUTIVE LLC STANDARD FEE LIST
* FSC (fuel surcharge) Tier Level Fees
- Tier 1 = $5.00 fee when Gas is Above $3.00/gallon
- Tier 2 = $10.00 Fee when Gas is Above $4.00/gallon
- Tier 3 = $15.00 Fee when Gas is Above $5.00/gallon
- ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS FEE / $5 Per Person
- EXCESSIVE LUGGAGE & GOLF BAGS FEE / TBD
- SAME DAY FEE / $10 Fee (Reservation made without 24 Hour Notice)
- CANCELATION FEE / $25 Fee (Reservation Cancelled WITHOUT 24 Hour Notice)
- CHILDREN UNDER 12 / FREE (Over 12 years old $5 Per Child)
- CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE / $5 or 5% Fee (Whichever is Greater)
- PETS GREATER THEN 25LBS FEE / $10 Fee (We ask that ALL pets be kept in pet carriers)
- RESERVATIONS REQUESTING LARGEST SUV'S / $25 Fee
- DELAYED AIRLINE FEE / $10 Fee (More than 60 Minute Delay)
- DELIVERY SERVICE CHARGE / $20 Fee (If driver is available to returned forgotten items in vehicle)
- EARLY AM PICKUP FEE (12:00AM TILL 3:59AM) / $30 Fee
- EARLY AM PICKUP FEE (4AM TILL 7:59AM) / $20 Fee
- LATE PM DROP OFF/PICKUP FEE (10PM TILL 11:59PM) / $20 Fee
- LATE AM DROP OFF/PICKUP FEE (12AM TILL 3:59AM) / $30 Fee
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLES
